Sports Massage

My first... other than after a few century events. 1 hour of... pressure.


  1. Hi Marc,

    Do you feel that it helped you recover more quickly between workouts?

    Was it a general massage or one aimed at working on specific identified issues that you are experiencing?

    Just curious,


  2. Hunter - not really having any issues, just wanted to give it a try and see what kind of effect it would have. Recover, not really. It was a deep tissue massage along with some myofascial work. (hurts) I did ride the next day and my muscles felt like they had been worked over pretty hard and had a tuff ride, however, the second day I did the Airport Ride and had one of my strongest rides ever.
