Think twice before using Constant Contact

This is the 3rd party email blasting service we use for several of our clients. One of our client accounts has been disabled due to the number of SPAM alerts they received. This is expected on the first round of emails sent out for a newsletter. Watch the account and make sure this is not a continuous trend. Our client did not buy a list or grab emails from some other resource. People gave their emails to this client while at one of their locations. Due to the large number of complaints 45 of 5000 sent out, the account has been shut down. How do we open it? Written documentation that the emails were willingly giving, knowing they would receive a newsletter email for every email used. Right. SPAMers suck but now were paying the price for a ridiculous policy.
