30 Min Weights + 30 Min Bike

I have been advised to recover a full 48 hours after harder efforts so... it's been that long since the AP ride (finished at 12:30). My body now goes through some kind of withdrawals if I don't do something every other day. Hit the legs hard, the gym was REALLY full tonight, so only bikes left. Jacked up to L20 (that's as far as it would go) and put in a good resistance workout.
