1 Hour 30 Min on the Trainer
Ouch.. Steady state work tonight - work @ just above lactate threshold - 167 - 170 bpm for me. 8 min on 8 recover, 4 sets. Perceived exertion is a strange thing. Outside, this is no big deal. On a trainer, this is hell.
